Pros

- Plenty of nice people to work with - Good benefits(medical, PTO, 401k) - Interesting problems to solve - Fully remote

Cons

- TERRIBLE organizational health - Very inexperienced leadership - Constantly changing priorities - Strong company history of mass layoffs and furloughs - Unrealistic expectations for sales and product development - Constantly pushing new features with no time to address tech debt - Uncompetitive salaries - Inflated titles (You can go from intern to VP in 4 years by kissing the right rear ends) - Uncreative product designs. (Product design are copied for 3 sources: Azure Devops, Invision, and Monday.com)

Pros

•Remote •Good benefits/decent pay •No micromanagement •Some great people •Cool office

Cons

Management has no idea what is going on. Everything changes week to week, month to month. There is zero job security. Everyone complains about the company and the work. No one seems happy to work there. The Account Executives look down on the BDR’s and they pick and choose meetings to attend and ignore. They expect every meeting to be with a confirmed buyer and completely disregard the volume of meetings being booked. There is little recognition of pipeline building or long-term opportunity - only immediate purchase intent is valued. The BDR management team also feels ineffective and inconsistent, with unclear guidance and a lack of fair or transparent leadership.
