Pros

Good benefits (Health, PTO), and nice people to work with

Cons

INSANELY TERRIBLE organization health. They have gone through over 60-70 lay offs over the past 2 years. For a company at a size of appx 250 people! The leadership definitely don't know what the heck they are doing and do not know how to run the company. 22 years in business and they do not have a clear vision of what they want to do or where they want to go. The leadership gets investments and hires as many sales people as possible because that is the way for them to make money, instead of caring about their customer needs. If you want to work here, you should know you will be underpaid, no bonuses, no raise, no enhancement in your career, and etc. and most probably will get laid off after few months of working.

Pros

The interview process is quick and easy. - There are nice bonuses if you do well. - The internal training is solid and really helps you grow. - You’ll always be kept in the loop with updates. - Everyone on the team is super supportive and works well together.

Cons

- There is an opportunity to enhance the work-life balance within the organization. - Young managers demonstrate a commendable level of commitment and effort, although they may benefit from further experience in their roles. ger to learn and exhibit dedication, despite their limited experience

Pros

•Remote •Good benefits/decent pay •No micromanagement •Some great people •Cool office

Cons

Management has no idea what is going on. Everything changes week to week, month to month. There is zero job security. Everyone complains about the company and the work. No one seems happy to work there. The Account Executives look down on the BDR’s and they pick and choose meetings to attend and ignore. They expect every meeting to be with a confirmed buyer and completely disregard the volume of meetings being booked. There is little recognition of pipeline building or long-term opportunity - only immediate purchase intent is valued. The BDR management team also feels ineffective and inconsistent, with unclear guidance and a lack of fair or transparent leadership.
