Management has no idea what is going on. Everything changes week to week, month to month. There is zero job security. Everyone complains about the company and the work. No one seems happy to work there. The Account Executives look down on the BDR’s and they pick and choose meetings to attend and ignore. They expect every meeting to be with a confirmed buyer and completely disregard the volume of meetings being booked. There is little recognition of pipeline building or long-term opportunity - only immediate purchase intent is valued.
