Thank you for your feedback. Kearney practices open door policy for all and we continually encourage employees to safely share feedback with us via internal tools, outreach to Partners, HR or ombudspersons. Our recent internal engagement survey results, completed in May, demonstrate that employees across all functions are feeling more empowered than ever and results for women have seen significant improvement. Our people leaders are at the forefront of apprenticeship and have a significant impact on the experience of the teams in which they work – we have multiple tools (weekly project happiness surveys, bi-annual engagement surveys etc) to measure the impact that our leaders have on their teams so we can keep improving and moving forward. Kearney Southeast Asia, under the aegis of DIAL agenda (Diversity, Inclusion, Apprenticeship, Leadership), continues to invest heavily in values and leadership training through sessions like PARC (People Advocating for Real Change) focusing on leadership behaviors against inequity and bias, run educative & inspirational programs for women colleagues like Women Leader Series, drive transparent feedback sharing via ‘T-Time’ sessions and strengthening apprenticeship culture via mentoring training for all people leaders. We have zero-tolerance for inappropriate behavior towards anyone irrespective of gender and for colleagues that undermine the great collegial culture Kearney is known for globally. Every bit of feedback, even though it may be influenced by a unique set of circumstances, is important for us and we will double down on our resolve to make Kearney Southeast Asia not only a good place but the GREATEST place to work for all our employees.

Pros

If you’re fresh out of school and don’t have a specific skill and don’t know what to do, and you’re willing to be a yes man then yes it might be a good place to figure out your next step.

Cons

- Lack of pipeline for certain practices (and they will blame that on you saying your utilization is low but there’s nothing you can do at an associate level) - Full of people that feel good about themselves but they actually knows nothing about how actual industry work - No talent - Management will give you vague feedback that you can’t act on, For example, I got asked to “elevate the deck” but when I asked is it the messaging or is it the format etc they can’t give me anything specific - The expectation on work quality is inconsistent - Some manager level people can’t do excel which is shocking - You need to be a people pleaser in order to get promoted
