Pros
Great learning opportunities, especially in oil & gas. The firm works with the largest companies in the region. Strong management leadership, recently hired key partners from outside the region, and other consulting firms. Salary and perks, highest in the industry.
Cons
In the ME you are expected to work longer hours ( compared to other offices). Some of the managers have stayed far too long ( management needs to make sure that people who are not showing be asked to leave sooner. Unhappy managers don't make the best leaders)
