The sense of "family" from seasoned talent still engaged within management & labour channels.
Cons
Current restructuring program is nightmare at all levels. Pay cuts, forced movement into lower grade positions, labour struggles in supply chain due to shady maneuvers at corporate, rewards given to executives even though targets not met but not to others (double standard pay increases), horrible morale at corporate & in supply chain. Poor innovation, CSR initiatives are a joke & way behind industry standards. New vision is destroying all creativity at all levels of the Co.
