Very stable, strong industry to be in, CAC40 french company. People are kind and collaborative Workplace is another level of art and luxury (the HQ of Kering is a historic area converted and modernized inside) High relative to market pay when you enter Great work life balance if you have a boss that believes in it, some people have bosses that dont like work life balance
Cons
leaders lack vision, lots of bad management and bad decisions made. Good people leave on average in 2 years, bad people stay very long. Salary growth isnt clear - lack of transparency in salary increases
