It’s a job. There’s a new “Green” building.
Cons
The company can pay for a new building but does not compensate employees well when employees leave and those that stay have their work loads doubled, tripled, etc. Very unprofessional individuals in management positions. A lot of “not my job” attitude despite what is best for the customers.
