Everyone here is very passionate and thoughtful. There’s a lot of transparency about everything, even finances. Most people have been here for a while. There’s a lot of stability. The institution is taking strides to improve in lots of ways, including employee satisfaction.
Cons
Limited upward mobility. Very low salaries compared to similar institutions, especially for lower level positions. Understaffed in *every* department. Be prepared to do the work of three people and still be underpaid.
