I worked at Kettering University (More than a year)

    Pros

Paid for my graduate classes. Opportunity to grow & change in teaching methods as time went on.

    Cons

Not much supervision and communication between class professors & me teaching labs so material being covered would not also match up week to week between class & labs.

Also very low pay. Barely enough for housing & food.

    Advice to Management

Get TA's more involved. Willing & wanting to help out.
