I have worked at Key for 12 years and no day is the same. Working as part of a fast paced change team you continue to learn and grow each day. Key believes in it's employee's and trusts you to do your job and has given people the opportunity to progress in their career paths including myself. The biggest positive we have here is the people that you work with and senior management are approachable and present in the office.

Cons

No place is perfect, however the Company has changed vastly over the years and I would say its a great place to work.
