      Pros

      The only good thing about working for the company was the feeling of freedom and relief on my last day.

      Cons

      The Directors have no respect for their staff. If you want even the slightest feeling that your opinion has any value, look elsewhere.

      Firstly, thank you for your hard work when you were employed with us and your review / feedback. At the same time we are really sorry to hear some of your views and experiences which are certainly not what we want to read. Over the past four years it has been a very demanding working environment and sometimes with a demanding pace of change and expectations, it would be fair to say that we don't always get it right and clearly not from your perspective. Therefore we can only apologise. We have undertaken two staff surveys in the past two years and have really listened and learned from the feedback. It is a shame that you have left us now as our business is just starting a new chapter in September 2017 we gained new owners (Partners Group) a new Group CEO and some new Directors. Making KR Group a better place to work is high on the agenda in 2018 and we are striving to improve but it can take time. Sorry again for your experiences, thank you for your review and we wish you well in your future career.

      Pros

      Those people that are not part of the management team are absolutely wonderful.... key have a way of recruiting the nicest of people

      Cons

      working for people who think they own you...working for bullies who set out goals and when you achieve them they move the posts. Promise bonsus and don't pay. Change your working hours without notice. This is not a company I would recommend my worse enemy works. Good luck to anyone who signs a contract..... I have warned you. Simply dont go there.

As the Recruitment Manager I find myself with mixed feelings about your comments towards hiring 'the nicest of people' whilst also being part of a management team in the business since 2015. However, we can only apologise for getting things wrong for you as an employee for so long, five + years. Clearly this is not something anyone wants to experience and we hope you have been able to move on positively in your career elsewhere. Clearly, we have plenty of things to learn from and I can speak first hand how the business has changed over the past 12 months. Thank you for your five years+ service and hard work. As you have now left the business, it is difficult to put things right for you but we certainly wish you well in your future career.
