Will make you work free and disguise it training when in reality you are working for free and qualifying leads for agents. Don't care about people, use a very transactional approach, and only concern themselves with maximizing profits for the owner Can not be trusted, will make promises they don't intend to keep, will tell you things that are not true Toxic environment -management doesn't treat people with respect, talks behind their back, sabotage deals, and turn people against each other
