Pros
Fast- paced and young startup environment. Agents there are a pleasure to work with and all for the most part are team players.
Cons
Management, management, management.. People working as management staff are distant, disengenuine and not transparent with those working under the brokerage. If you want to work at a place where the agents are there is not top priority I’d say give them a shot and good luck!
