Demanding customers; continuous development due to new customers; high pressure

Pantry snacks and tea, flexibility, really can't think of any besides these

teams don't communicate, employees are underpaid and i knew 2 employees that were searching for jobs literally during office hours, no diversity within employees, poor culture, work hours are terrible, mass firing.. also no scope for growth. high turnover for a reason
