      There are some very nice colleagues in RnD.

      Cons

      Management skills have severely deteriorated since the takeover by Duravant. The few good managers which we had left the company. RnD is underappreciated.

      Cool company to work at, very interesting projects and smart people! Lots of growth opportunity. Would definitely recommend.

      Have to log all of your hours in 15-min increments (you get used to it but it’s annoying)
