      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Mission is great, and I get to work with some very smart and talented people every day.

      Cons

      Management is not a fan of people working from home. Face-time is important here. Not a lot of room for growth.

      Pros

      Company is very good to provide the clients with many resources to help them with finding employment as well as resources to help those wanting to change careers after their layoffs.

      Cons

      All but a handful of the Career Consultants are 1099, The few that were fulltime were part of the deal of a recent aquire.
