Pros
Great people: professional, kind, mature. Low drama workplace. Work is interesting. Company is growing and doing well and CEO is solid.
Cons
A lot of admin work. There is a small % of your hourly pay allocated to this, but it is not enough time to manage the volume of emails/requests (internal and external), so feels like you have a choice between working for free or falling behind. Pay is on the lower end in general and hasn't been adjusted in a while. There isn't enough incentive for doing excellent work or going above and beyond. You get paid the same regardless of whether you do an amazing job or a mediocre job. You do great work because you are dedicated to your clients and your craft.
