      Owned by a private equity company which exerts a lot of influence/control over the company… sometimes negatively

      Pros

      Company is very good to provide the clients with many resources to help them with finding employment as well as resources to help those wanting to change careers after their layoffs.

      Cons

      All but a handful of the Career Consultants are 1099, The few that were fulltime were part of the deal of a recent aquire.
