An okay place to work that will only get worse because of PE. - Manual QA Tester Keywords Studios Employee Review

Pros

Okay place to work while going to school. The hours can be a little bit flexible if you are below level 3 if that hasn't changed. There is a bonus per hour for working in-office, but only if the work is mandated to be in-office.

Cons

No cost of living pay raise in 2026. Private Equity owns Keywords now, things will only get worse as time goes on. We are largely not hiring most of the time these days. Most benefits were cut before PE took over and I expect will continue to be cut.

Pros

- I like my peers, they're funny and young (not Courtney)

Cons

where do i start.. - This job is remote, but you are forced to ONLY work from home. You can't even go two minutes down the street. As if we're working on some ultra private government content. Let me reiterate, YOU CANNOT WORK ANYWHERE OTHER THAN YOUR HOME. As if we are quarantined. - 30 minute unpaid lunch that you have to work off at the end of the day (as if we are minimum wage service workers not working a 9-5) - Extremely low pay, pay us like dogs - Leadership has a huge stick up their butts - You are basically on call all the time, they expect you to respond within 10 minutes of any message, and if you dont, you're in trouble
