Pros
I get to work with best group of co-workers I have ever had. I work for an executive team that really cares about the future of the company and its employees. Such solid year over year growth that I know Kids II will continue to be strong. I know that I am employeed by a very financially stable company. That goes a long way in today's economy.
Cons
Kids II has conistently grown over 20% year over year and that definitely comes with some growing pains. We tend to have alot of meetings. I feel like we could focus on trying to trim down some of the meetings.
