Pros

People who work at Kiip are very approachable and open about helping their colleagues regardless of whichever team they work under. Learning curve is pretty steep and you will be challenged to get things done here. Company encourages you to balance between your personal and professional life and very understanding about accommodating your personal request. Overall very positive and cool place to work at with wonderful people.

Cons

Hard to find a con here really. Some of the things that you can imagine as first world problems occasionally may happen. Nothing major or dramatic

Pros

The culture is very much like your typical tech startup with great benefits, snacks, and overall a very laid back environment to work in. There are all types of personalities that work here which make things exciting. What I love about working here is that you can explore different parts of the company. If you are in sales you can work with engineering on a project. There are a few people that have been there for 3+ years that really have a lot of knowledge and share what they have learned. It's much like a family and has it's good and bad, but overall I think think this company produces diamonds, you just have to be able to take the pressure.

Cons

Company is growing and is very fast pace. Must have the ability to adapt to changes happening within the company and the industry as a whole. You will be spread thin due the the turnover and people are spread thin but everyone does the best they can with the resources they have. I don't particularly enjoy the lack of transparency and I find people aren't direct which can be a problem and leaves room for politics, but that is with any start up that is still growing.

Thanks for your review. I've no idea who you are otherwise I'd come and chat but I hope you'll reach out either to me or your Manager to discuss developing your role. We do have a number of staff who have started junior and got senior but because we are all so busy that kind of thing might not be your Manager's first suggestion when you sit down together. We do have a training budget (I know not all investment is monetary but it does come in handy) so if you wanted to explore management training that is also an option. We want you to be happy and stay stimulated in your role!
