Pros

The Travel was 50% of the job, 2 weeks of of the month out of the state.

Cons

Work meetings everyday. Yelling is something you will get used to, Always have all of your passed ideas and conversations over email.

Where 2 start? Well, there are clearly favorites and people n management positions that shouldn't b just because they are the favorites. They will hire anyone that is a warm body even if u are unqualified. B prepared for rules 2 b told 2 you but only enforced on some and rules 2 change everyday. Want 2 stroll into work at 10:30 instead of 8? Sure, if your a favorite you can easily do that. Or if your a family friend. Want 2 take a long lunch, why not? Work hard and show up on time or even early? U get passed over. Tell them your over-worked with how much there putting on ur plate? Too bad if your not a favorite. When u tell them that your over-worked they just add more. Get ready 2 also take the blame anytime something isn't done right if your not the favorite. Even all the proof in the world doesn't matter it will still b ur fault and not the favorite's. Are u an expert in something? Better b ready 2 not b asked or completely ignored. Do you do good work? Don't expect 2 b recognized or given a raise for it. Have an idea? Better let the favorite take the credit.
