Tunnel vision, they tend to ignore what other competitors are doing and believe they are still a "industry leader". Employees there are just lost revenue to them. The more people they hire at full-time, they have to pay benefits and potential raises. They like to hire temps who make more than full-time employees or part-time. They don't care about what past experiences you might bring to the table after your interview. Once your interview is done, you know nothing, your education is useless and you're meant to be a robot with no feedback.
Don't waste your time here. You won't be respected by anyone outside of your small core group of coworkers and your experience prior to arriving there means nothing. Move on, don't even apply.
