Pros

Zero. The longer I was there and the more I learned about the operation, the more there was to dislike. I enjoyed wearing casual attire to work, but that is fairly common. So, no, nothing good to say about anything this company offered.

Cons

PAY for starters. Work load. Very much a "favorites atmosphere." There was and IS (still know people there) ZERO TOLERANCE for new ideas or critical thinking. Shannon Russo is a megalomaniac dictator... good talker but horrible business leader. ALL TALK. Very fake individual. Cool office furniture, wine glasses in the galley, a blog, social media presence do not mean it's an ethical or innovative company. Kinetix is nothing more than a dressed up low end/volume based churn shop. Period.

Pros

The best thing about Kinetix is the people who work there! Fun company culture with a group that goes the extra mile to help each other. Competitive but not cut throat.

Cons

Smaller organization where you wear many hats.

Pros

- Collaborative coworkers - Work life balance was good

Cons

- Yearly layoffs are common - Some leadership relationships created a perception of conflict of interest. For example, close family members of the upper management are working in recruiting and operations which sometimes made employees hesitant to raise concerns or give candid feedback. Also created a feeling of double standards when It comes to delegating work - Transparency around hiring and internal opportunities could be improved

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We want to clarify that yearly layoffs are not common at our organization. 2024 was an anomaly driven by unique business circumstances, and it was an extremely difficult decision. Layoffs are never easy, and one thing we are proud of is how many boomerang employees we have welcomed back over the years. During the 2024 restructuring, our goal was to bring back as many team members as possible when opportunities reopened. As we hire, it will always be based on the needs of the organization and the requirements of each role at that specific time. Ultimately, hiring decisions depend on what the company needs to move forward. Thank you again for your transparency. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other concerns.
