Pros
While starting pay isn't a lot, it's better than minimum wage and if you want hours they will give you hours. There are lots of benefits like comp tickets, free admission into any cedar fair park, a 20% off discount almost anywhere in the park. You have a chance to work and have fun at the same time (at least you do in the games department) It's not hard work but if you want to get higher in the department you need to be willing to work hard and prove you want it. Working at Kings Dominion is literally what you make of it. If you come into work with a bad attitude or you know you are coming in breaking the grooming guidelines, you are literally asking to be written up and sent home. I'm not saying you have to be super happy but you can't come in acting like a sour puss.
