Pros

1. HR is useless, Im still trying to figure out their actual role in this organization except for arranging booze parties and writing bday mails. 2. HR Head forces employees to write fake good reviews on Glassdoor or else they wont release their experience and relieving letters. 3. TEAM LEADS are useless with no skillset, simply years pilled up of doing nothing and bossing team-mates.

Cons

1. NOTHING is GOOD!!. 2. Lots of parties with free drinks + Yearly trips to Drunkards, you can enjoy them only if you are good at BUT-Licking to your LEADS. 3. HIRE and FIRE people for entertainment purpose. 4. If you want success, no skills required just attend their parties with short clothes with managers. 5. HR is only good in only ONE thing --- FIRING !!
