Freshers can get a good start here......just keep in mind work to gain knowledge. Experienced :Please don't leave your job for this company.
Cons
1)CEO are monitoring from US......so no direct interaction with them everything happen through the mangers. These mangers consider themselves as bosses of company , very small org. with very big politics. 2)Biased towards employees : So called key employees--i.e. who is working from the start of organization,. and the other's who joined later. these key employees are actually skill less and don't have any communication skill and any technical expertise. Still company give them many relaxations . 3) They think who work late at night are loyal employess,they dont review the work done. some go out during work hours and come late and start work they are recognized as loyal one. 4) these managers just try to drill employees in their formed group so to make management work as they need.
