Pros
- A place that really values culture - They have spent the last year really investing in culture and leadership through trainings, and independent assessments - They work hard to be very transparent about large-scale changes - The team is really fantastic. These are some of the best coworkers I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
Cons
- There is a lot of turnover - The workload ebbs and flows (sometimes getting to overwhelming levels, and sometimes leaving you with very little to do) - Sometimes certain members of the leadership can feel closed off from the team - Benefits changes have been under-explained, especially when benefits are taken away
