      The expertise in marketing for large hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS) is deep. Excellent staff and leadership.

      The office parties were usually fun

      Cons

      Often felt like there was a lot of double standards. Like some employees who were the favorites got away with things while others didn't. Things could be very catty at times and all the tight deadlines made things more stressful

      Pros

      Since I started at Knack I’ve had the most supportive managers, mentors and team members I’ve ever had. It’s apparent that the cofounders have taken the feedback you see in these reviews to heart and want to be good employers with solid, well-executed lead gen and creative options for their clients. The benefits and compensation are fantastic, and workloads are reasonable. It’s also fun to come to work each day with talented, passionate people who often show appreciation for each other.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of turnover which can sometimes cause issues when nobody left knows some history on projects, but it seems like that will continue to improve as the right teams fall into place.
