Pros
Everyone here is very open about emotional and mental health, including attending therapy appointments. This is great because you're going to need a LOT of therapy to cope with working here. The health insurance is also really great, which you'll need for your anti-anxiety prescriptions.
Cons
The terms "toxic workplace culture" and "institutional gaslighting" are two things to familiarize yourself with before considering a job here. There is no HR person at Knack so any issues that arise, employees are left to fend for themselves and in these cases, bullying is not uncommon.
Publicly facing, Knack presents itself as a progressive company doing things differently—women supporting women, shaking up the agency model, etc. Internally, the vision does not line up with the execution and employees are the ones paying the price.
There is zero accountability here amongst the leadership. Toxic culture and gaslighting run rampant and unchecked. This is an unhealthy place to work.
*Note: When a negative Glassdoor review is left, Knack employees are encouraged to leave reviews themselves in order to balance things out. Something to consider as you do your research here.
