For many years Knowledge Services has experienced consistent 30-40% year-over-year growth, which is exciting for most everyone on our team! In fact, our growth has resulted in 41% of corporate positions being filled from within. We believe in providing consistent raises and, in the last 12 months alone, 88% of our team members received pay increases.
