Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback as we take every review seriously. We empathize with recent frustrations you’ve experienced regarding pay pertaining to specific locations/positions that are filled on behalf of a client. Unfortunately, pay rates are not something Knowledge Services has complete control over. Pay rates may vary by resource based on employee-driven negotiations at the time of hire, client needs, employee qualifications, and market trends in that area for required skill sets. For example, a client might need an employee with the ability to fluently understand and speak Spanish, which can lead to higher pay depending on the location and availability of an individual who meets those requirements.
It is a goal at Knowledge Services to provide an environment where all of our employees, corporate or contract, feel that they are valued and can express their concerns or frustrations.
