      No pros whatsoever, I have never experienced such inept decision-making or communication.

      Cons

      Offered a different role to the one I interviewed for and was verbally promised. The worst HR team I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with, a lack of clarity/detail in every aspect & incredibly aggressive and dismissive when faced with questions or concerns about the role /enforced changes. Sales team complained commission is rarely clear, or fully paid (unexpected deductions taken off figures) and company often works in an unethical way.. I found all this out after just three days! if you value your sanity- avoid avoid avoid…

      The leadership team is inaccessible, and when you do get a chance to speak with them, it’s clear they don’t value employee input.

      Cons

      I feel trapped in my role, with no opportunities for growth or advancement. It's like being in a dead-end job.
