-Great people! -Free lunch for salaried employees! -Decent compensation -Nice work environment -Regular breaks -Minimal overtime -Opportunity to learn ins and outs of production and design Fantastic opportunity to learn the craft. Denim factory is incredible - I'm always amazed at the top-to-bottom process of denim production.

-No upward mobility -Small departments. No chance to move up. -No employee reviews - standard raise w/o option for further increase unless one approaches management independently.
