The organization’s stated purpose of putting people first no longer aligns with the current environment, which feels increasingly chaotic. Limited racial diversity at multiple levels and pockets of favoritism contributed to inconsistent and sometimes toxic workplace experiences. The culture has shifted significantly from what it once was, and the lack of focus on people has impacted morale and trust.
