Pros

It's a great place to meet people. If ur a people person u will love it. I started at Krystal as a part time cashier to make some extra money for Christmas. 9 years later I am still there as a General Manager. They just relocated me to another state, paid for me a hotel for 30 days until I found an apartment. Then paid the first months rent and the security deposit when I found an apartment. Krystal's main focus is making the customer, I mean their guests, happy so that the will come again and spread the word. If you make sure their guests are happy by being friendly and following their procedures, they will definitely take care of you.

Cons

They don't like to give OT.

Pros

*people first mindset at SPB * a lot of freedom in your schedule * good training program if followed * great management team * the team of district managers were always willing to help and support each other

Cons

* the pay it’s very low for everyone resulting in high turnover * training program, not followed * unfortunately the value that was followed most with CYOA instead of people first * HR investigations seem to be nonexistent * 24/7 job * The insurance is horrible and it’s very expensive
