Pros

First of all I wanted to speak as a former Stream Energy employee and then also note the relationship between the company and the customers we had while I was working there. Working at Stream Energy: - My office job (analyst and customer outreach partly) was stressful sometimes but it was worth it, I felt fulfilled and like I was doing a good thing at the end of every week/month/year of working for Stream Energy - The office environment is productive to say the least, someone is always coming up with new ideas/motivation tactics that can really be more useful that you'd expect - The management manages the employees in a way that they can still feel they've got untied hands in terms of approaching any particular issue or providing service in general - The benefits/salary are unprecedented, I never felt so respected in any company or job before! Our customers: - This alone will tell you enough about Stream Energy. When I was first hired in 2013 I worked in customer support, and I literally used to get calls from people not asking for help or filling a complaint, people called in to say they're happy with Stream for being so transparent and easy to deal with in terms of paying for energy services

Cons

This is my personal "issue" but the position I had was really stressful sometimes. I guess any kind of job has its amount of stress, so I wouldn't really say it's a company con.

Pros

The best way I can describe my three years at Stream is saying that the position and the company met and exceeded my expectations. I went in thinking this is going to be a kind of cold experience you'd expect in any corporation, so I went in with an attitude to just do my job, keep quiet, and get my paycheck. It was my first time working for a company this size so I didn't know what else to expect. What went beyond my expectations comes down to how I felt every day at my job. After a few months I realized what a great workplace Stream provides. I felt heard, confident, and respected, even though I was an assistant on one marketing campaign. If you get the chance to interview for a job at Stream, I'd definitely recommend grabbing it.

Cons

I don't really think any part of my work experience would constitute as a "con" to the job itself, and the company, my coworkers etc. There were a few hassles until I got used to the way things run there but that's about it (definitely not a con).
