      Pros

      Friendly and intelligent co-workers. Good pay. Remote work. Lots of opportunities to wear many different hats.

      Cons

      Roughly 3-4 rounds of layoffs since October 2023! Constantly missing sales forecasts. Sales oversells, management over promises and over commits. Trying to do way too many things with not enough people. Red flag - Vasu stepped down as CEO in early February 2025 and the new CEO Mark Spencer seems to be ready to lay off as many US employees as possible in order to hire out of India so the company can save as much money as possible. I assume the company is in dire straits financially.

      Pros

      I like working in an environment where I can collaborate with internal teams and clients to solve complex problems. This job has made me better at project planning and deployment strategy, which will definitely be helpful for advancing my career. I also like that the company encourages innovation and continuous learning.

      mission, purpose, great people, excellent compensation & benefits, flexible work from home, career opportunities, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Dysfunction at the C-level. CEO is also highly involved and influential member of the board, which can be a conflict of interest and result in poor decisions being made.
