Pros
Lenient with schedules, hourly + commission pay for operations department which is nice considering low requirements for "club staff" (front desk) position. Not a difficult job, just have to learn the system and policies and stick with it. Will be required to make lots of phone calls as front desk employee to reach club goals set by corporate. Some advice, it's okay be a little nosey when it comes to your work, pay attention to how the managers handle things, you'll learn things they don't show you during training.
Cons
Not much room to progress unless you have a degree, even then it'll take a while. Relatively high turnover rate for all departments. HR doesn't always take complaints seriously, especially if involving managers. The most they usually get is a slap on the wrist.
