LA Fitness Interview Questions

It was a pretty quick process and the overall vibe was chill. Not like your typical stressful kind of job interview which was a surprise. I think that they are just looking for people that are passionate about the fitness industry to make sure their clients are getting the best service possible at each of the LA Fitness gyms.

Very positive and typical interview process. They ask you questions, you respond, you get to ask questions. It was a smooth process and I was notified within reasonable time if I got selected.

After answering typical interview questions, an audition was required. While auditions are standard, this is the only interview where I’ve been instructed to “teach a 20 minute class” to no one. The director sat in the back of the room with a clip board while I played my music, taught my sequence, and offered cues to imaginary attendees. It was actually fun and great preparation, but something to be prepared for going in. As a new instructor at the time, I found the clipboard and lack of participation intimidating.

Tell you what you want to hear with false promises. They don’t tell you about the high turnover rate. They ask how good you are with people and where do you see yourself working there

Very basic. Simple questions. Ask about you, past experience and what your future goals and aspirations are. Only one interview was required and it was super easy and you got a walk through

Applied via Indeed and spoke to someone on the phone. Met them a few days later for an in-person interview. We met at a facility and sat down in an open area to talk. They explained more about the job, I discussed my skills and how they would translate well.

In person business casual interview, they want to sell you that you can make a lot of commission. They explain how much you can make based off how many people you get to join program.

casual easy just basic questions to know if you know how to exercise and then they tell you that they don't actually want trainers they just want salesman to sell training

The interview happened in person at the same building where I applied. The interviewer asked me a couple of questions about the company, and it was pretty much it. Before the interview, he asked me what the best time would suit me best.
