      Nice lower level colleagues. That's about all there is good at LGC

      Cons

      Low pay, bullying colture. He don't help employees that are being bullied. I had to leave without a new job to go to. In order to keep my sanity. Worst company I ever worked in.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
