Low pay in comparison to other companies of this size in this area. Highly disorganized in every sense of the word. -Extremely high turnover rate due to employee dissatisfaction. -Little to no training/support provided. -You will spend more time searching for where things are, or how to have your questions answered than you will spend doing your actual job. -They do not value their employees at all.
