Pros
(Almost) everyone is friendly, especially at the lower levels of the hierarchy. The company offers good benefits, a fair salary (could be better)
Cons
Lack of clarity on company plans and how you can progress. Initial training is very poor and almost non-existent. You're put in positions of responsibility without support and training, which creates a lot of stress and extra hours of studying to compensate and try and pick up the pace.
