Pros
No matter what role you're in you're going to learn. Many employees at the company have a long-term history which is a positive testament as an organization. There is a great worklife balance as well while being remotely friendly.
Cons
Not a presence in the big metro areas in the states, so if you are remote you won't have a chance to meet most of your team.
