      Pros

      I have enjoyed my time at LGC, but the management lacks in caring about you and your future. There is room to move around to other positions and the people are friendly, though. The company mission is also very good and meangingful.

      Cons

      Management lack in caring about you and your future. It has been almost a year since my last one on one. I have been moved to another site in California and was not given a choice in the matter. I was also not given a raise or promotion.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
