      You aren't unemployed. Its a job.

      Cons

      No work life balance Company culture does not exist No training All dock workers are hired through temp services. Poor quality. Pay well below average Extremely cheap. They will not run air anywhere except the one office. When it rains the building becomes a indoor pool.

      Big company -Lots of locations -Company is publicly traded and too big to fail -always hiring

      Cons

      -hire from outside instead of promoting from within in very many cases -expensive benefits -lack any 401k matching -pay varies widely based on location -equipment/ facilities poorly maintained
