Crazy Place to Work in my opinion - Account Manager LP Insurance Services Employee Review

Pros

There are none worth mentioning in my opinion.

Cons

I was employed for a very short time, after leaving a lucrative position to be a part of their team. I had 1-2 hours of daily, remote training for less than 2 weeks, during which computer was down for two days for major upgrade. Trying to learn a completely foreign software system, all new procedures, all new people, etc After making two small CLERICAL errors during training (absolutely no harm done), I was abruptly terminated and was told I would not "fit in". CRAZY! A normal probationary training period is 90 days at best. NO ONE can be expected not to make any mistakes when in training for two weeks, doing "practice" work. Horrible experience from start to finish. Please note I have 25 years experience in this field. Never treated so poorly and unfairly by any other employer. Tried to work through/clarify issues with in-house CEO. No response. Terrible.

Pros

Leadership truly leads and honestly cares about LP employees and their growth and development. The potential for growth is always available to me. I love that LP invests in their employee's wellbeing and encourages self-care.

Cons

Parking can be challenging when there is an Aces game since we are in that same parking garage.
