      Great coworkers who really care about their job and performance.

      Cons

      They have been focusing solely on acquisitions and growth and not hiring additional support staff to support it. They pile work on you and expect it to get done.

      Pros

      LP has AMAZING benefits. The PTO even as a brand new employee is awesome. Management is pretty flexible, especially during COVID (working from home has been a plus). Wages seem to be very fair if you work hard! Great career opportunities.

      Cons

      Not very many cons. Favoritism CAN be an issue at times..

      The admin here are extremely nice and easy to approach with any concerns. The work load is not over bearing and everyone is here to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work load can be too light.
