Pros

Great mission to change lives by design by using an integrated design approach and emphasis on sustainable design solutions. Base salary seemed competitive as well.

Cons

Each department is it's own family. Some of them extremely toxic to work within. If you happen to be within one of these toxic departments, expect to be overworked, underpaid, little opportunity for upwards mobility, and potentially thrown under the bus. Direction comes from just a few who are distant from the realities of the everyday life of support staff. They take them for granted.

Pros

There is generally good collaboration with individuals with different skill sets and knowledge base. Work from home 2 days a week.

Cons

Civil engineering team is run by one female dictator. The deadlines never ended. The moment one was met, another appeared, then another, like the firm had built its entire operation around permanent urgency and chronic exhaustion. Weekend work and long hours were not occasional exceptions; they were baked into the culture and treated as if they were proof of commitment instead of evidence of broken planning. Overworking people while pretending the problem was efficiency rather than management failure. The annual review process was the final insult. It often felt less like a review and more like a scripted exercise in corporate mumbo jumbo, with the outcome already decided long before the meeting began. It is a fat bloated corporate culture for keeping people overworked, underpaid, while trying to extract everything out of you. There is VERY HIGH TURNOVER, with people quitting regularly it makes morale extremely low. DEPLORABLE!!!
